El director de la Oficina para el Reordenamiento del Transporte (Opret), ingeniero Diandino Peña, negó hoy que haya dicho que no tiene documentos sobre los estudios técnicos del Metro de Santo Domingo.
El funcionario mostró esta mañana a reporteros de El Nacional un legajo de documentos que incluye estudios de impacto ambiental y geotécnicos hechos por las empresas Geoconsult y Atteco.
